We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Amaryllis Beauty Company. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. 

 Refunds

 

All services are non-refundable. However, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge, if we determine it is needed.

 The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 10 days past initial service date.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

​Please note, the growing trend in hair color can be massive projects, oftentimes these projects result in multiple sessions to achieve your desired result. This is not considered a redo, Please refer back to your Consultation.

Credit Card Required


A credit card is required to be kept on file when scheduling an appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice, Amaryllis Beauty Company reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for 50% of the scheduled services.


Right to Refuse Service

Amaryllis Beauty Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.


24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation.

​This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service.


Please note that if you cancel or adjust your service within the 24-hour window, you will be charged a rescheduling or cancellation fee of 50% of all services you are scheduled for. Additionally, you may be required to make a deposit for any future appointments.


Tardiness Policy 

We have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to inform us. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited, and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost


Consultation Policy


To ensure the best possible results, we require all clients to provide a detailed history of their hair, including any previous chemical treatments, color, and styling processes. It is the client’s responsibility to share accurate and complete information about their hair’s history during the consultation. This will help us tailor the services to your needs and prevent any potential issues during or after the treatment. Any damage caused to the hair due to undivulged information during the consultations is not the responsibility of the stylist or Amaryllis Beauty Company.

 Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
